One Iowa County Delivered a Little Karmic Humor to Elizabeth Warren

Some Democrats and some in media (is that redundant) have been looking at/backing Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) as the nominee, figuring that Joe Biden is not going to get them there and win over President Donald Trump.

But Warren who had been running near the top, close to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Biden has been slipping of late in the polls.

It’s not clear exactly how she did in Iowa because the final numbers are still not in, but she’s definitely not the winner and that’s really got to rankle her.

Turns out Democrats were not as enamored as her fabrications and constantly shifting stories as she might have thought. Pretend selfie lines not withstanding.

Now the Iowa debacle wasn’t funny to a lot of Democrats with the results thrown into chaos when the system blew up. It was such a beautiful analogy for Democratic politicians in general: never getting anything right for the American people. Some Democrats, in particular the Bernie folks, also thought there was a little more to it, with first the Des Moines Register poll blowing up and then the caucus count itself.

But there was a moment of humor that the Washington Examiner’s Siraj Hashmi picked up on.

Check it out. Do you see it? But don’t skip ahead to the answer until you do.

Did you see it? Ok, now you can skip ahead.

Oh my, she didn’t even place in Pocahontas County? Not even 1/1024 of a delegate?

Now that’s funny.
