Democrats, media, and other folks on the left were shamefully tweeting along a few disgusting themes today.

The first was that the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad was President Donald Trump’s “Benghazi,” seemingly wishing ill on Americans if it meant something negative for Trump. Just vile.

The second was people like Obama adviser Ben Rhodes attacking Trump over policies on Iran while our embassy was under attack, when it was the Obama administration who propped up the mullahs with their actions and cash.

Third was spreading flat out lies throughout the day, claiming Trump was golfing and suggesting he was doing nothing in response.

He tweeted shortly after the embassy outer perimeter was breached, calling on Iraq to provide security as they are required to and warning Iran. The U.S. also had Marines and other contractors already on site.

But after that tweet, media and others spread the lie that Trump was golfing during the attack, without realizing he was actually having meetings.

“Sweet Potato Hitler?” Well, that’s a new one, the TDS is strong with Billy.

Except that was a complete lie.

But why let truth mess with a fake news narrative?

Trump was busy ordering U.S. Marines and helicopters to respond to shore up the embassy defense.

What a stark reminder of the difference between actually responding like a president, immediately ordering in help and support, versus not responding for 13 hours and leaving people to die.
