A group of armed thugs has decided to #Occupy Oregon, and take over a wildlife refuge building. Led by known wacko Ammon Bundy, even conservative champion Ted Cruz thinks they need to stand down.

If Blue Lives Matter, as a number of right-wing activists have frequently stated, Ted Cruz is right, and Bundy must surrender immediately.

When a gangster in a big city gets shot by cops, the usual suspects all chime in, talking about how he probably had it coming, and he should have gotten on his knees, thrown down his weapons and surrendered meekly to the authorities.

People who resist the police, innocent or guilty, take the blame for getting shot, and in fact are blamed for the police who get injured or killed in the line of duty. Well, here we are, Ammon Bundy and his gang refused to surrender. If Blue Lives Matter, then it’s time Bundy got on his knees and gave up.
