What are the aspects to a potential Hillary Clinton indictment scenario?

I went into this a little on Twitter; and I have since expanded it a bit using Storify. Needless to say, the Hillary Clinton campaign would vigorously disagree with all of this. But then, they’re working off of the ‘Shut Up’ paradigm so beloved of the Left when they’re not winning the narrative.
