Democrats, Liberal Media Take Gaslighting to New Low With Disgusting Attacks on JD Vance

Let's cut to the chase. Make that the gaslighting.

It's clear that the Democrats and their lapdog media are beyond worried about the November election. Their never-ending attacks and actions against Donald Trump have only helped him, so now they're going after his vice presidential running mate JD Vance with a vengeance.

For those unclear about the definition of "gaslighting," according to the American Psychological Association, gaslighting is: "to gaslight someone means to manipulate another person into doubting their own perceptions, experiences, or understanding of events."

With respect to this article, the Democrats and liberal media are trying to gaslight all of America into believing that one individual, JD Vance, is a threat to our democracy. To begin, we need look no further than Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Vice President Kamala Harris for perfect (disgusting) examples.

First, as RedState reported on Sunday, Schumer said not only that Trump made a mistake by selecting Vance but then took it to a ridiculous level, suggesting Trump should dump Vance and pick a different running mate.

Every day, it comes out Vance has done something more extreme, more weird, more erratic…I'll bet President Trump is sitting there scratching his head and wondering, why did I pick this guy?
He has a choice — does he keep Vance on the ticket? Or does he pick someone new? It's his choice.

That was a major league attempt to gaslight America: a: Trump probably thinks he made a mistake, and b: Vance is so "extreme" and "erratic" that Trump should cut him loose.

I'll go out on a very safe limb and bet Trump thinks nothing of the kind, Chucky.

Kamala Harris' latest attempt to gaslight the country about Vance was off-the-charts pathetic. Translation: hilarious. Harris said in a short video:

Hey, everyone. So Donald Trump has picked his new running mate, JD Vance. Trump looked for someone he knew would be a rubber stamp for his radical agenda, and make no mistake: JD Vance will be loyal only to Trump, not to our country. ...

Vance fired back with a vengeance, stronger and more passionately than I've seen him speak as VP nominee.

Kamala Harris questioned my loyalty to America. I enlisted in the Marines for this country. I went to Iraq for this country. I built a business for this country. And my running mate took a bullet for this country. What the hell has Kamala done to question our loyalty to America?

And the Media?

Following the Republican convention, "Morning Joe" buffoon and co-host Joe Scarborough said this about Vance:

I’ve never got a good answer in my own mind figuring this out. I can usually figure some things out in politics, not all, but I’ve never figured out this JD Vance pick. It just strikes me as one of the dumbest picks ever. It accentuates [Trump’s] weaknesses, accentuates his weaknesses on abortion, accentuates his weaknesses on women.

I won't dignify Scarborough comments with analysis, but I will say this.

Trump and Vance are committed to undoing the threats to America at the hands of Joe Biden and his disastrous presidency, first and foremost ending the Biden Border Crisis, Bidenomics and never-ending increases in the cost of consumer services and goods, restrictions on American energy production, and Biden's dangerous policies in both Ukraine and against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's pledge to destroy Islamist terrorists that threaten the Jewish state's very survival.

Is any of that "dumb?" Of course not; Joe Scarborough is a left-wing hack.

Prediction: The attacks on JD Vance are only going to intensify because the left's attacks against Donald Trump don't work.

The Logical Bottom Line

Think about it. If JD really was all of the terrible things the left claims he is, why, as Schumer suggested, should Trump dump him and select a new running mate? Logically speaking, shouldn't Schumer & Co. want Vance to remain on the ticket?

If Joe Scarborough was right about Vance being "one of the dumbest picks ever," shouldn't he keep his mouth shut about it and let the "dumbness" play out through the election?

The ugly truth (in the eyes of worried Democrats) is JD Vance and his remarkable story are an inspiration to millions of Americans, and his selection as Trump's running mate — including where he will be sent to campaign — will be a plus for conservatives across America in November.
