How many times have we seen it? The hypocrisy of the left knows no bounds. Sometimes that hypocrisy is “shaking my head” frustrating, other times it is outrageous and inexcusable, particularly when it involves irreparable physiological harm to children. This disgusting example descends into the latter category.

The ACLU, long a champion of the perverse, has vigorously fought against the chemical castration of repeat sex offenders, including those who rape young children.  But now? The ACLU vigorously advocates for the use of the very same chemically castrating drugs as puberty blockers in “trans” children.

Let’s summarize, so far: In the first case, protection of the reproductive rights of sex offenders is paramount to protecting the children they rape, yet chemically castrating young children is perfectly fine. Can someone please explain that twisted logic to me? No — it can’t be done.

The left-wing ACLU was vehemently opposed to an Alabama law mandating the chemical castration of certain sex offenders, as reported by Breitbart, with the former executive director of the ACLU of Alabama, Randall Marshall, calling the practice “medical experimentation,” and claiming it “has no basis in the medical community.”

In addition, ACLU of Alabama policy analyst Dillon Nettles asserted that the law “presents serious issues, involving involuntary medical treatment, informed consent, privacy, and cruel and unusual punishment.”

Welp, a funny thing happened on the way to the puberty blocker fair.

Medroxyprogesterone acetate, the drug used for chemical castration, is also used as a puberty blocker, the common goal between the two uses being obvious. While the ACLU has strongly opposed the use of the potent drug on the vilest of sex offenders, the blatantly hypocritical organization has not only labeled the drug as “gender-affirming care” for children; it pathetically claims puberty blockers are “medically necessary,” and, sickenly, “lifesaving.”

This care saves live. It saved my life. We won’t allow Governor Abbott to attack and criminalize healthcare for trans youth.

That’s right, America. The ACLU will go to court in Alabama to protect sex offenders from the harms of an inhumane experimental drug, yet the same ACLU will go to court in Texas to demand that innocent children have a right to be injected with the same unethical and irreversible drug. Does that make any logical, much less congruent sense at all?

Of course, not. When has anything opposed or supported by the radical left ever made sense? When has the ACLU fought to protect the rights or improve the lives of mainstream America rather than defending the often indefensible?

As noted by Breitbart, the ACLU joined two other organizations in filing a lawsuit that challenges Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s directive that sex-change attempts on children are a form of child abuse. We have sadly reached the point where some among us not only accept child abuse; they advocate for it. 

Medroxyprogesterone acetate isn’t the only drug that has been used both for chemical castration and as a puberty blocker. Leuprolide acetate, referred to as Lupron, is a common off-label alternative.

The bottom line:

I’ve written extensively on the insidious efforts of the radical left, its useful idiots in the Democrat Party, and the lapdog liberal media to destroy America as we know it. A cornerstone of that quest is the deconstruction of American values — and morality itself.

By programming rank-and-file liberals to believe that much of what is right in America is wrong, and much of what is wrong is right, leftist elites create a malleable mindless bloc (Democrat voters) who question nothing and support everything they’re fed— by their elitist masters, that is.

As patriots, we must work to keep that bloc as small as possible — and ultimately, irrelevant.

2024: Let’s not screw it up.
