As Putin's Army Continues to Crush Ukraine, Biden Continues to Boot U.S. Service Members Over Vax Mandate

A stark study in contrast.

Rush Limbaugh famously said of war and warriors: “The purpose of war is to kill people and break things.” Vladimir Putin’s Red Army continues to do just that — with increasing brutality — in war-torn Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden continues to force “social and cultural engineering” on the U.S. military, with emphasis on gender pronouns, critical race theory, and the evils of “systemic racism.”

Even worse, COVID Joe’s vaccination mandate, which has been rejected by tens of thousands of service members, has led to the discharge of nearly 1,500 (and counting) able-bodied men and women pledged to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic …”

Not to digress, but with respect to “domestic enemies,” there’s a strong case to be made against Biden himself. In little more than a year, the inept president of the United States has purposely left America’s southern border virtually unprotected, precipitously and haphazardly jerked U.S. forces out of Afghanistan while purposely leaving countless American citizens behind Taliban lines, and repeatedly failed to stand up to Putin. Then there’s the coming attraction of Chinese Communist dictator Xi Jinping’s growing threats to Taiwan and indirectly, untold numbers of American citizens who work and live in the unofficial U.S. ally.

Meanwhile, as I suggested at the top, 1,480 service members have been discharged for refusing to comply with Biden’s vaccine mandate, according to statistics released by the military services this week, as reported by Breitbart.

The Marine Corps announced Thursday it has discharged 873 Marines, as of March 1. Only six religious exemptions have been granted. At least three of the Marines were already in the process of leaving the military.

The Navy announced this week it has separated 419 sailors. The service has not approved any religious exemption requests.

The Air Force said it has separated 188 active-duty Airmen. It has approved 17 religious exemptions.

Thousands more in each service await the results of religious exemption requests.

And as noted by Breitbart, the 1,480 figure doesn’t even include stats from the Army, which has not released any discharge numbers since it announced in early February it would begin discharging unvaccinated soldiers. Why not?

Even worse — and far more hypocritical?

While Congress, the White House, and the Pentagon dropped their mask mandates this week, after Biden’s chief pollster advised the administration to declare victory over COVID and move on — just in time for Biden’s SOTU address on Tuesday — the administration continues to fight to maintain its vaccine mandate for service members, which the most inept DefSec in recent memory, Lloyd Austin ordered in late August.

The abrupt change was also proceeded by the White House in February declaring COVID was no longer “a crisis.” That is, except for members of the U.S. military who continue to be kicked to the COVID curb over a ridiculous mandate that never made sense in the first place.

Democrat politics at its “best.” Always with one eye on the poll results and the other eye on the ballot box.

Incidentally, the Biden administration on Monday was handed yet another defeat by the judicial system when an appeals court denied the government’s petition to stay an injunction prohibiting the Pentagon from punishing 35 Navy SEALs for religious objections to the vaccine.
