Oh, C'mon: Former Staffer Blames White House 'White Man' Bias for Harris' Disastrous Vice Presidency

What can be said about Kamala Harris? Printable, I mean.

This hapless pretender simply cannot get out of her own way. Every time she opens her mouth; every cringeworthy staged event; every time she busts out a creepy Pepé Le Pew French accent in France, and every time she lets loose one of her ridiculous trademark cackles at the most inappropriate times, Kamala Harris proves again that she is the most ineffectual vice president in modern history — if not of all time.

As RedState reported on Sunday when even CNN — AKA: “The Most Trusted Names in News” — runs an unfavorable exposé on Harris, one wonders — this one, anyway — what’s up with that? When is the next shoe going to drop and what will that next shoe be?

Regardless of what that second shoe might be, the real question seems to be whether Harris will even survive her vice presidency, as suggested by my colleague Joe Cunningham on Monday.

And as RedState’s Brandon Morse reported on Monday, the panicky excuses from the Kamala apologists continue to pile up at a fever pitch. Because you see, none of this is Kamala’s fault, America. Zero.

Poor Kamala’s miserable performance, as the CNN article suggested, is the fault of Joe Biden’s West Wing.

Not simply because Joe’s people have given Kamala meaningless crap jobs, as is often the plight of vice presidents. Nope, it’s because the Biden White House has a “white man” mentality. While Biden officials rushed to defend white guy Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg over his extended “maternity” leave, these “racists” fail to defend Harris and her disastrous missteps, simply because she’s black.

Here an unnamed former staffer, as quoted by Daily Wire:

“It’s hard to miss the specific energy that the White House brings to defend a white man, knowing that Kamala Harris has spent almost a year taking a lot of the hits that the West Wing didn’t want to take themselves.”

Can’t make it up — don’t have to.

Harris has been skewered for her failure to visit the Biden Border Crisis from the moment she was named Joe’s Grand Poobah of Figuring Out Root Causes of Stuff, but au contraire: Kamala’s staff was “mad” that she “wasn’t allowed” to visit the border, per the CNN article.

Harris’ team was mad Biden had assigned her to handle diplomatic relations with the Northern Triangle nations, in hopes of addressing the root causes of migration to the US, but gave her no role on the southern border itself.

That become the most visible crisis in the early days of Biden’s presidency as unaccompanied minors overwhelmed federal government resources.

It seemed like an all-around politically losing assignment even though Biden had seen it as a sign of respect because it was the same job Obama had given him as vice president.

CNN noted that, as it had previously reported, “Harris herself has said she didn’t want to be assigned to manage the border, aware that it was a no-win political situation that would only sandbag her in the future.”

So, which was it?

Harris wanted the border job or she didn’t want the border job? And, to paraphrase Hillary, what the h*ll difference does it make, if Biden was never going to defend her anyway because she’s not a “white man”?

CNN also referenced a spring interview with NBC’s Lester Holt in which Harris fumbled her answers to every question asked, breaking into that excruciating laugh, instead. Yet? Some in the Harris camp blamed the Biden White House for failing to come to Harris’s defense — which is completely ridiculous.

When someone is hellbent on going down in flames, why rush to go down in flames with her?

The Bottom Line

Kamala Harris is a quintessential example of the Democrat Party’s problem with making decisions based solely on political expediency. H*ll, Team Biden figured, with Harris, they would get a twofer in the veep slot. Not only is Harris Black, but she’s also a she.

Two birds with one pandering stone. Perfect. Except not.

How does that old saying go? “When you stand for nothing, you’ll fall for anything”?

That’s exactly what you got, Joe. Congrats.
