The lies just keep coming. The good news is that sooner or later, the truth comes out: The Biden administration is among the most dishonest and untrustworthy of any administration in modern history.
Where to begin, this time? As RedState reported in late October, embattled Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before the House Judiciary Committee that he had created a task force to look into a letter from the National School Boards Association (NSBA) about alleged threats against school board members by parents concerned about the indoctrination of their young children with so-called “critical race theory.”
Garland hemmed and hawed and tried to distance himself from all blame while frantically attempting to fly wingman for the Biden White House, as well. As RedState also reported, the same week, the president and CEO of the NSBA consulted with the White House about the letter, which referred to concerned parents as “domestic terrorists,” before the letter was released.
Now, as reported by The New York Post on Friday, an internal NSBA memo shows that the Biden White House was “actively engaged” with the NSBA before it sent a letter to the administration asking that federal authorities investigate parents for the “crime” of caring about the education (programming) of their kids.
That is profound — except in Biden’s America.
Just what we suspected. And now we know.

The Oct. 12 memo, made public on Thursday by the group Parents Defending Education, suggests that the White House might very well have ordered Garland to have the FBI investigate incidents at school board meetings between concerned parents and condescending school board members across America, as confirmations over CRT and vaccine mandates for kids heated up.
Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) who demanded Garland’s resignation during a tense exchange with the AG in the Senate over the “domestic terrorism” issue, was ticked off over the new revelation.
Wait a minute … the NSBA was “actively engaged” with the Justice Dept BEFORE it sent its disgraceful letter calling parents terrorists? That’s not what Merrick Garland told Congress https://t.co/V5xTO84IhU

The memo detailed at least one specific meeting between NSBA officials and White House staff on Sept. 14, just over two weeks before the NSBA sent their letter to Biden:
In the September 14, 2021 meeting of the OSAED [Organization of State Association Executive Directors] liaison group, they were informed there had been a meeting with White House staff that morning and that NSBA was preparing to send a letter to the President.
Subsequently, on September 17, 2021, the interim Executive Director emailed notice to the state association executive directors that indicated a letter requesting federal assistance would be sent.
NSBA president Viola Garcia also wrote in the memo that his organization was “actively engaged with the White House, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Education, Surgeon General, and other federal agencies on pandemic-related issues.”
That said, it is more than reasonable to assume, based on the cozy relationship between the National School Boards Association — Biden received more money from teachers unions in 2020 than any other candidate — that the NSBA and the Biden White House were just as “chummy” about diabolical “domestic terrorists” lurking after innocent, put-upon school board members, is it not?
ICYMI, as RedState reported in mid-October, four out of eight members of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights sent a scathing letter to Garland, ripping the AG for labeling free speech as “domestic terrorism.”

To be sure, Merrick Garland did his damnedest to play dumb throughout the early grilling about everything from his repeated denials, to his lack of integrity, patriotism, and support of First Amendment rights.
Every charge, well deserved.
But we now see that America’s top lawyer and his boss were in bed all along with a corrupt organization that cares far less about the education of America’s children and loving parents trying to protect them, and far more about the indoctrination of those very kids with hateful, racist, Marxist-derived ideology.
God, help us.
