Presidential Medal of Freedom Awards-Live Stream

President Obama is handing out Medals of Freedom today. Twenty-One in total to some of Hollywood’s biggest stars and America’s Best Athletes. The Presidential Medal of Honor is the highest award given to civilians in the United State.
