Yesterday, GOP leadership conducted a vote on rules to “test party discipline”, according to the Hill.

Only 34 GOP representatives stood up to [mc_name name=’Rep. John Boehner (R-OH)’ chamber=’house’ mcid=’B000589′ ] and [mc_name name=’Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)’ chamber=’house’ mcid=’R000570′ ]. The rest of the GOP spinelessly caved to Boehner.
