Republican Virginia Gubernatorial candidate Winsome Earle-Sears definitely got everyone's attention on Thursday when she announced that her campaign bus had caught fire.
In a post on X, Earle-Sears wanted to assure everyone that everyone was safe and had not been injured, but confirmed that emergency crews had responded very fast after her bus, for unknown reasons, caught on fire.

"While en-route to an event, our campaign bus caught fire," the Republican VA Lt. Governor wrote in her very brief post on social media.
"Everyone is safe," she added. "Thank you to the first responders who got to the scene quickly — we are so grateful for you."
Taking a look at local VA news outlets, there is very little other information about the fire, or where Winsome's campaign bus was headed.
A local VA journalist posted a picture on X showing the back of Earle-Sears bus engulfed in flames.
