Rosie O’Donnell apparently can’t quit President Donald Trump and their longstanding feud, suggesting now that the president has had a “cognitive decline.”

The 63-year-old actress took to her TikTok account to attack Trump once again following her recent move out of the United States to Ireland, claiming it was because of the results of the 2024 election.

“I’m good, until I start to hear what’s happening in the United States. And it’s so overwhelming,” O’Donnell said. “And when are people going to start to realize how much he is in a cognitive decline.”

“How he can’t form coherent thoughts or sentences?” she added, without naming Trump. “He had a speech the other day and he couldn’t say the word ‘anonymous.’ … something is very off with him.”

The so-called comedian then suggested there was a 25th Amendment so “you can say our president is not with it enough anymore to be the leader of the free world. And aren’t we there?”

O’Donnell then attacked Trump supporters, labeling them delusional.

Last month, O’Donnell posted a lengthy video on her social media claiming she moved out of the U.S. on Jan. 15 with her 12-year-old child to Ireland because of Trump’s victory, as RedState reported.

"It's been pretty wonderful, I have to say. The people are so loving and so kind, so welcoming. And I'm very grateful," O'Donnell said in the TikTok video as she revealed her international move.

She said that she's "in the process" of getting Irish citizenship as her grandparents hail from the country, before expanding on the reasoning behind her move.

"I was never someone who thought I would move to another country, that's what I decided would be the best for myself and my 12-year-old child. And here we are," she said.

I miss my other kids. I miss my friends. I miss many things about life there at home and I'm trying to find a home here in this beautiful country and when it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that's when we will consider coming back," she said.

The former “The View” host then made a subtle reference to her battle with Trump.

“It’s been heartbreaking to see what’s happening politically and hard for me personally as well,” O’Donnell said without naming the president. “The personal is political, as we all know.”

The funniest part about the actress's latest incoherent rant was her utter silence for four years about former President Joe Biden’s obvious mental decline while he occupied the highest office in the land.

According to a new book set to be published in July, those who worked closely with Biden have admitted their boss was not up for a cognitive test. RedState reported:

Months before President Joseph R. Biden Jr. was forced to abandon his re-election campaign, his top White House aides debated having him undergo a cognitive test to prove his fitness for a second term but ultimately decided against the move, according to a forthcoming book.

The account illustrates the degree to which Mr. Biden’s top aides harbored deep fears about how voters viewed his age and mental acuity. The book, “2024: How Trump Retook the White House and the Democrats Lost America,” by Tyler Pager of The New York Times, Josh Dawsey of The Wall Street Journal and Isaac Arnsdorf of The Washington Post, is set to be released in July.
