It wasn’t enough that Kim Kardashian came to the defense of her husband, conservatism’s new icon Kayne West. It wasn’t enough that she convinced Donald Trump to take his pardoning duties more seriously.
It wasn’t even enough that she has desperately tried to break the Internet in the past – a worthy goal, considering all that is terrible can probably be traced back to the Internet.
No, what makes Kim Kardashian my new hero is this tweet:
I had a very good convo with @jack this weekend at Kanye’s bday and I think he really heard me out on the edit button.

It’s not been a very good week for Jack, the head honcho at Twitter. He was caught committing the grave, grave sin of eating at Chick-Fil-A during Pride Month, and was forced to apologize. He’s still getting hammered online about it.
However, whenever he introduces a new feature to Twitter, the same complaints always come through: Give us an edit button. Thanks to Kardashian, though, we could be on our way to getting one.
There are some opposed to the idea, however, like former RedState editor and current Blaze editor Leon Wolf:
I actually oppose the edit button. Makes it easier for people to try to cover their tracks after they say something stupid that deserves to be mocked. https://t.co/CTwNxiTxFc

…But, Leon is wrong. He is very wrong. We need an edit button on Twitter in order to bring some semblance of order to it.
Thank you, Kim, for fighting once again for America.
