In ancient Rome, Julius Caesar was removed on the Ides of March by Brutus and senators dissatisfied with the emperor's rule. Caesar had ruled effectively for eight years. Brutus and 70 senators were worried that their power would be diminished or they feared they’d end up on the wrong side of sword, so a conspiracy was hatched to eliminate Julius Caesar. The coup was led by Marcus Junius Brutus, Gaius Cassius Longinus, and Decimus Junius Brutus Albinus. It didn’t work out for the conspirators. The  Principate period of the Roman Empire followed. Julius was martyred. Bill Shakespeare wrote a play called “Julius Caesar.” Brutus became infamous for his part in the palace intrigue, and for shiving his friend.  

"Et tu, Brute?" became synonymous with a friend backstabbing a buddy. Obama and Biden have never been “friends.” There is little doubt that Obama considers Joe a dolt because he is. Biden was the only person in the room to downvote the Bin Laden raid. Obama said that Joe had a unique ability to F*** things up. Joe was picked by Obama because Joe has been Obama’s third term.  

Now, Biden is clearly sundowning. He’s fading into the woodwork, Obamacus is plotting Joe's exit, and everyone in America knows it. Joe won’t get shived between the ribs like Julius Caesar; he’ll just be led out the door and pointed at the retirement home. Joe will blame “long COVID” or something that has fogged his brain. It just happened. It hasn’t been obvious for three years. It just caught up to him. He’ll resign the presidency or just decline the nomination. Jill has negotiated the exit. Maybe she’ll be allowed to stay in the Lincoln bedroom for the duration of Kamala’s short presidency. 

The exit package he and President Jill will get will be monstrous. And before the end, Joe will pardon Hunter. Hardest hit will be the good Doctor Jill. Maybe she’ll appear on The View as a guest host. She’ll write another book that no one will read, but it will be a best seller because donors will buy boxes. Thousands of boxes filled with Jill's book.  

Joe will fade away. I can feel sorry for him after he’s gone. Make no mistake, the leader of this coup is Barackus Brutus Obamacus.
