POTUS Biden aka Captain Malaprop,  shot down another attempt at English. This time, he blew up his Covid vaccine reluctance statement. Biden said:

“[It’s] harder to get African-American initially, because it used to be that they experimented on them… the Tuskegee Airmen and others.”

Cue staff: … “oh god…”

Remember the cute years of Biden as Obama’s wingman?  He’d say stupid stuff every other day, but because the vice presidency is designed to be a “warm bucket of spit,” the reaction was, “Oh, that’s just Joe being Joe. Isn’t he cute?”

Now, the former VP is the President, and he’s a half a melon short of a fruit salad… and Harris is his wingman. Sorry Wing-birthingperson. When he guns down his own message with silly mistakes, people remember his mistakes — not the message.

I am assuming he knew the difference between the WWII Tuskegee Redtail heroes and the black men subjected to the unspeakable decades long Tuskegee Experiment (Tuskegee Syphilis Study). But, maybe I’m asking too much.
