Los Angeles County continues to lose my business, and that will not change any time soon. The Crypt Keeper Barbara Ferrer, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, and their anti-science clown car are part of the reasons why.
In response to the announcement from the CDC, the LA County Health Department said they will review the guidance and make sensible adjustments to our local mask mandate. But they cautioned it is not going to be an easy adjustment. https://t.co/2mOGoGTFCT

In response to the announcement from the CDC, the LA County Health Department said they will review the guidance and make sensible adjustments to our local mask mandate. But they cautioned it is not going to be an easy adjustment.
“It’s manageable to figure out who is vaccinated,” said Dr. Barbara Ferrer, LA County health director. “In a workforce or large venues like concerts with vaccination only sections. it’s a very different strategy for customers at stores going into businesses or other workplaces.”
Ferrer said no changes will be immediately made to local mask-wearing requirements. She said Cal-OSHA regulators are set to meet May 20 to discuss possible adjustments to workplace masking requirements, and the county will align with any changes they approve. But until then, masks will remain mandated for everyone patronizing businesses or worksites.
Passing the buck when they don’t want to make a decision that goes against their narrative. Seems to be the order of things post-pandemic. Why will the adjustments “not be easy”? Is it because Ferrer and Co. want to keep making it difficult?
The clown car of nonsense just keeps rolling along.
Mask mandate will be gone very soon in LA County. Should be right now, but they need to ease us in after all the panic messages.

Those panic messages are a part of the control factor. People who are confused and fearful will not be clamoring to take off their masks or reopen. It’s all a part of the plan.
About 60% of LA county seniors are fully vaccinated. Data shows fewer seniors are being hospitalized or dying from covid in LA… so, when are we ending this mask mandate nonsense and fully reopening?!?!?!?

With this bunch, probably never. Seriously, they find every reason to project fear and panic and keep their thumb on the scales. But as past history has shown us, they do not follow their own protocols.
No. Sadly intelligent people have studied the science. The strictest masked region has the most cases and deaths. LA county. Outdoor mask mandate. Worst in nation.

Sadly, many people in L.A. County are either not intelligent, or perfectly fine with being sheeple:
I had a whole plan of going to the salon next week since I'll be fully vaccinated on the 20th (yes, I marked the 2 weeks from my last dose on the calendar), but I'm sure LA County will drop the mask mandate before then. Love feeling less safe as soon as I'm fully vaxxed. 🙄

LA County South Coast botanic Gardens refused to let Danny in to their outdoor facility because he won’t wear a mask, despite the fact he’s fully vaccinated and we had proof of that and @GavinNewsom has specifically exempt adults with developmental disabilities from mask mandate

I beg of you Mr. Garcetti, do not lift the mask mandate. Do you believe at a Memorial Day backyard bbq where 70% are fully vaccinated, the unvaccinated are going to wear their masks? Please say “LA county will lift the mask mandate when 90% are vaccinated.” Let’s be responsible

I’ve enjoyed exploring Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties, and they’ve been getting lots of my dollars, lately. I am also doing my utmost to get my life footprint out of Los Angeles County very soon.
I know I am not the only one.
