Anyone who watched President Trump’s speech on Sunday at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) saw him cast his vision for the America First movement and the future of the Republican Party. I was one of many who was at the event, and I can tell you the entire conference was one to remember.
I spoke with RT International about the speech and the reactions of those in attendance. We talked about the content of Trump’s speech, his criticisms of President Joe Biden, and how the conservative movement would move forward in this new era.

Trump made it clear in his speech that he has no intention of going anywhere. He teased a potential future run in 2024 and announced that he would be launching a campaign to hold establishment elites in Congress accountable during the primary season. His remarks have already galvanized members of the non-establishment conservative movement and they are ready to oust those who they believe have turned on their constituents. One thing is abundantly clear: The next two years will be significant for conservatism, and those who wish to return to business as usual will be sorely disappointed.
