How actress Gina Carano manages to avoid cancelation by Hollywood is truly amazing. The star of Disney’s “The Mandalorian” has shown more resilience than many in her profession as she faces down the progressive social media mob.
Carano, who plays shock trooper Cara Dune on the show, recently found herself under another attack from the far-left because of comments she made about the election. Now, extremist progressives are calling on Disney to fire her because she has the wrong opinion on the race between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden.
On Friday, the actress posted a tweet stating that there should be laws to protect elections from voter fraud. “We need to clean up the election process so we are not left feeling the way we do today. Put laws in place that protect us against voter fraud. Investigate every state. Film the counting. Flush out the fake votes. Require ID. Make Voter Fraud end in 2020. Fix the system,” she tweeted.

Naturally, her tweet set off a mass triggering of leftists who took issue with the notion that the U.S. should protect the integrity of its elections. The online whining was so aggressive that #FireGinaCarano was trending on Twitter on Saturday.
One user claimed, without evidence, that Carano “actively promotes hateful, bigoted views.”

Another user accused Carano of being transphobic because reasons.

This user whined about Disney’s firing of James Gunn for his inappropriate jokes about pedophilia and intimated that Carano is more deserving of losing her job.

Many other Twitter users brought up the false allegations of transphobia against Carano. These accusations come from the first time the actress triggered progressives. It happened when far-left radicals were pressuring high-profile individuals to put their pronouns in their Twitter bios to show solidarity with the transgender community.
Carano was one of the individuals who refused, calling these rabid leftists out for trying to bully people into acquiescing to their wishes. Instead of putting pronouns in her bio, she put, “boop/bop/beep. The Federalist reported:
“After ‘Star Wars’ star Gina Carano added the joke pronouns “boop/bop/beep” to her Twitter bio to stand against pressure to use false descriptions of people’s sex, she faced the usual vicious attacks by sock puppets and poorly adjusted online denizens.
Unlike many other celebrities and athletes, however, Carano is not reversing herself and apologizing to the mob. The MMA fighter is going for the jugular, continuing to stand firm on the realities that men are men and women are women, and speech policing is an aspect of totalitarianism.”
This move only made the social justice crowd even angrier. They lashed out, pretending that her refusal to bow to the mob constitutes some type of transphobia. Apparently, she didn’t realize that if the left harasses you to get you to do something, your refusal makes you a bigot. “I’m not against trans lives at all,” she explained on Twitter. “They need to find less abusive representation.”
Despite the constant caterwauling, Carano doubled down. “Beep/bop/boop has zero to do with mocking trans people White heart& Hundred points symbol to do with exposing the bullying mentality of the mob that has taken over the voices of many genuine causes,” she wrote. “I want people to know you can take hate with a smile. So BOOP you for misunderstanding. #AllLoveNoHate”

Carano is yet another who shows that the progressive left is not all-powerful. Yes, Hollywood does blacklist conservative actors. But this does not mean that every famous person who comes out against the far-left will suffer consequences. Even if Disney were to give in to the mob, she will still be successful. On right, we must continue to encourage one another to refuse to bow to the far-left. Radical progressives only win when we fail to stand and fight.
