1. Breaking News: Lindsey Graham Thinks You Are Stupid

Oh, and he’s voting for Elena Kagan for Supreme Court (can you believe it? No way…)Apparently, in defending Graham’s earth-shattering announcement that he will support her, his team fancies Graham a “thinking person’s conservative,” “not a demagogue,” and one who will “do well among voters with IQ’s in triple digits.” There you have it South Carolina, if you disagree with Senator Demagogue, he thinks you are stupid. But guess what? He also thinks you are a bigot, an angry white guy, and he hopes that the Tea Party movement “dies out.”Other than in a conversation about getting rid of him from the Senate, just how is this guy relevant at all? Please click here for the rest of the post.

2. Crist further prepares himself for run as a Democrat

Charlie Crist, who defected from the Republican Party just a few months ago upon the realization that he would lose in the primary, is growing more comfortable in his role as an independent Democrat. According to this WSJ article, he’s thinking he found a “sweet spot” by not formally affiliating with either major party. Please click here for the rest of the post.

3. Sarah Palin Rightly Rejects Ground Zero Mosque; Bloomberg and Aide Reject Her. And Sanity

On Sunday Sarah Palin, exhibiting common sense and courage of her convictions, called for a rejection of the planned mosque at Ground Zero. The planned mosque has been causing controversy, controversy that was easily foreseen by anyone with a brain and, you know, an ounce of true as opposed to feigned sensitivity. Apparently, this does not include a New York City Community Board nor Mayor Bloomberg. Please click here for the rest of the post.

4. I Think Cinamon Has Been Replaced By A Shadowy Cabal of Priests

We’ve mentioned before Jane Norton’s reliance on Cinamon out in Colorado. Cinamon helps Jane Norton answer her questions.I was shocked and appalled to hear this public radio interview with Jane Norton. Instead of relying on Cinamon for advice on how to deal with illegal alients, Jane Norton is instead relying on “hispanic clergy.”Their advice? Don’t send illegals home. Give them community service then let them apply for citizens. She says something about sending them “to the back of the line” and giving them background checks on that path to citizenship too. Please click here for the rest of the post.

5. Collecting scalps at what cost?

I’m torn on saying anything about this, but think the better part of valor requires me to speak up on this. The Shirley Sherrod debate reminds me of Rush Limbaugh trying to buy the St. Louis Rams. For three days after the announcement reporters, news anchors, “legitimate” “journalists” brought up several Limbaugh quotes that painted him as a racist. For three days these “legitimate” people in the news — not pundits, not analysis, but news anchors, reporters, etc. — pressed on until the deal was successful sabotaged. Only then did reporters care to point out that after twenty years on the radio, all the quotes used to bash Rush Limbaugh had been fabricated by the left. Then there were the fabricated incidents during the health care protests in Washington where tea party activists allegedly spit on black members of Congress and used the “N” word. None of that actually happened.Andrew Breitbart promised he would do to the left what the left has been doing to the right for years. He is gathering quite the collection of leftwing scalps and will forever warm the hearts of the right for the ACORN takedown alone. I’m glad he is on our side. That said, I think Shirley Sherrod has been unfairly characterized as a racist. . . . What is, however, disturbing is the White House. It has kept Kevin Jennings on the payroll despite his sordid past, hatred of the scouts, and advocacy of a radical gay rights agenda. The White House was perfectly happy to keep Van Jones around for a good while. The White House is perfectly happy to use a congressional recess to put Donald Berwick in charge of Medicare. But a low level Ag Department employee? She had to be tossed. So much for loyalty. Please click here for the rest of the post.
