Good News For Redskins Fans

In 2016, the Washington Post conducted a survey of Native Americans to determine their thoughts regarding the name of Washington’s NFL team- the Redskins.  That poll revealed that 90% of Indians are not offended by the name despite the fact writers at the paper insist it is a racial slur in the Official Dictionary of Racial Slurs located in the Bureau of Thought Control.  So they replicated the poll in 2019 and found, once again, that 90% of Indians are not offended by the nickname of the team.  Now if Cleveland would only bring back Chief Yahoo…

Bad Karma?

Sean Buchanan was a 45-year-old father of five who was also an immigrant’s rights activist.  Buchanan was a vocal critic of Trump’s “racist” immigration policies.  He was killed in Colorado by Miguel Ramirez Valiente, an illegal alien from El Salvador, who had been ordered deported but sought sanctuary at a church in Colorado.  Valiente had become the emotional face of the immigration debate crying to the media that he had to stay in the United States to support his family.  Buchanan’s wife requested that in lieu of flowers, mourners donate to Casa de Paz, an immigrant’s group that provides services to illegal immigrants.

The Hunt, for Real?

Reza Aslan is a former CNN personality who is now a professor at a California college.  In the wake of the El Paso shooting (notice how he ignores Dayton), Aslan, taking an apparent break from advocating cannibalism, said:

After [El Paso] there is no longer any room for nuance. The President is a white nationalist terror leader. His supporters – ALL OF THEM – are by definition white nationalist terror supporters. The MAGA hat is a KKK hood. And this evil, racist scourge must be eradicated from society.

So, how does one “eradicate” a Trump supporter from society?  A public trial where every American is called forward and asked to denounce the President?  Of course, dealing with dissent has vexed totalitarians from the French Revolution right through Mao, and now Aslan.

This One Just Sounds Way Too Fishy

Either the alleged racists are really stupid, or this is a really good advertising campaign for a new restaurant.  A&I’s Chicken Shack is a black-owned and operated restaurant that recently opened in Siler City, North Carolina.  The owners allegedly received a letter that stated “You will not make it here.  Leave town or we will help you.”  There were also references to Trump and making America great again in the letter.  The writers of the letter signed it “White Nationalists.”  After posting the letter, the citizens have responded by filling the tables.  Apologies to A&I’s Chicken Shack if the letter is legitimate, but signing it “White nationalists?”  They should have just signed it “Dastardly Whiplash.”  Chatham County sheriff Mike Robertson is investigating who wrote the letter stating it will lead to felony charges.  He may not want to investigate too deeply considering the owners don’t have friends in high places like Jussie Smollett.

More Orwellian Social Justice in Britain

The Advertising Standards Authority in Great Britain recently banned an ad by Volkswagen.  The crime?  The males in the ad were depicted in adventurous situations while the women were depicted sleeping in a tent or caring for a baby in a carriage while the men were out doing adventurous stuff.    Likewise, one cream cheese spread ad was banned because the men in the ad did not appear to care for their children effectively.  The ads were banned because they “depict harmful gender stereotypes.”

Proper Grammar is Racist Also

Last week, I noted that a professor in New York is urging teachers to stop grading students since it perpetuates a capitalist meritocracy.  Now professors at American University are undergoing a training seminar called “How to Incorporate Anti-Racist Pedagogy in Your Classroom.”  The seminar will instruct educators to combat “white language supremacy” which manifests itself as proper grammar, correct spelling, and coherent sentence structure.  Who knew that grammar and spelling check programs were inherently “white supremacy?”

Finally… the Reason for Sexism Discovered

Actual researchers at an actual college published an actual article that purports to find the roots of sexual exploitation and one can look no further than the nearest dairy farm.  According to these people:

…the dairy industry is a host for sex-based discrimination… and a site where sexual assault and objectification based on biological makeup are highly prevalent but ignored as we choose to neglect non- humans with whom we share a planet.

And with that, folks, the #MooToo movement is born!
