Kanye West is one of the more fascinating people in America today. He’s as always been known as eccentric and after his professed love of President Donald Trump, people began writing him off as crazy. Even then, many conservatives weren’t buying the idea that Kanye actually loved everything they did. This is the same man who proclaimed George Bush hated black people and spent a good portion of his career rapping about clubs, sex, and self-advertisement.
Yet, as he spoke more and time marched on and events unfolded, West began to look less and less like a man suffering psychosis and more like a man who spoke the truth when no one was willing to listen.
To be sure, West is eccentric but eccentricity has a negative connotation that it doesn’t deserve. It’s that eccentricity that has led West to be willing to discover things that he wasn’t supposed to and say things many groups in America would rather not hear.
Take, for instance, West’s comments about abortion in his interview with Tucker Carlson.
“I’m pro-life … there’s more black babies being aborted than born in New York City at this point,” he told the Fox News host. “Fifty percent of black death in America is abortion. So I really don’t care about people’s responses, I perform for an audience of one, and that’s God.”

Just before that, West appeared next to the Daily Wire’s Candace Owens wearing a shirt that said “White Lives Matter.” The reaction to West’s actions by the left was predictably angry. He was accused of being a fascist, accused of being a white supremacist, and the expression of the idea that white lives matter was “dangerous and irresponsible.”
But what is the man now legally known as “Ye” saying or doing that is destructive to society? Nothing, but it is destructive.
It’s destructive to narratives that the Democrat Party has built up over the course of decades. This is the party that West has been raising alarm bells about, shouting from the rooftops that they’ve kept the black community under its thumb for a long time:
“Democrats had us voting for Democrats with food stamps for years, bro. … Guns in the 80s, taking the fathers out the home, Plan B, lowering our votes, making us abort our children,” he said during an interview published on Friday.
He’s not wrong. Over 33 percent of abortions in the United States are black babies. In 2021 that number was a mindblowing 117,636 black children killed in the womb.
Democrats apparently don’t want West talking about any of this. They want him to shut up. They want him to stay quiet and not raise the alarm that the life and times of the modern black person are perilous before they even reach the cradle. After that, it might very well be perilous due to various policies keeping the black community in poverty. If you make a life for yourself, you better hope you don’t live in a town where the Democrat Party wants to stage a riot in the name of combating racism so it can generate momentum for an election.
The Democrats target the black community because they’re useful, but the moment a black man or woman steps out of line or says something that goes against the narrative, then they’re pushed out.
To the Democrats, black lives don’t matter. Ye is right, the entire movement was a scam. The Democrats don’t actually care about black people, and if they did they’d actually give West a platform to convey his ideas. Instead, he’s having to fight to maintain one on his own.
