San Francisco Proves It's in Full Societal Regression by Embracing Pre-Civil Rights Era Methods

San Francisco apparently forgot that we in America judge people by the content of their character, not by the color of their skin, but the radical left that has taken over the city has long abandoned the idea that virtues we’ve learned over the past decades mean anything.

According to a press release by San Francisco Mayor London Breed, money is to be distributed to struggling businesses across the city. The catch? Priority will be given to businesses according to race and sex:

Locally owned businesses that either hold or have applied for a Shared Spaces permit are eligible to receive up to $5,000 in reimbursement from the City, which will help businesses that have been forced to close outdoor operations as a result of the recent Stay at Home Order and prepare for an eventual reopening. Up to $1 million in funding comes from the Shared Spaces Equity Grants Program, which prioritizes minority-owned businesses and businesses that advance the City’s equity goals. … Priority for the Shared Spaces Equity Grants is given to locally-owned, minority-owned businesses that advance the City’s equity goals, including women-owned businesses, immigrant-owned businesses, legacy businesses, and businesses in established cultural districts or that serve a largely minority clientele.

So if you’re anything but white and male, then you’ll be first up to get help for your business according to San Francisco leadership. Fall outside the approved bounds of race and sex and you, your employees, and your suppliers can all kick rocks and take the hit.

This is the effect social justice has on society. They truly believe they are practicing equality, but the kind of equality they’re attempting to move toward is more of a suppression of one race and sex in favor of another. The question is, how much oppression and suppression needs to happen before equality is achieved?

For some reason, the social justice community hasn’t really addressed this and I sincerely doubt they will.

Martin Luther King, Jr. would be ashamed.
