The media is attempting to make Joe Biden out to be some historic leader at every turn, and one of the latest “historic” things he’s doing is appointing nothing but women to the top of his White House press staff.
It’s too bad Trump already did that, but this is going completely ignored by the media.
According to the Washington Post, the Biden administration is putting nothing but women in the top spots of his press staff and, as the Post reports, it is “the first time that all of the top aides tasked with speaking on behalf of an administration and shaping its message will be female.”
Kayleigh McEnany wasn’t going to take that lying down, especially when she’s living proof that this narrative is a lie. What’s more, she pointed out that it’s not just Trump who has women at the top of the press hierarchy.
President @realDonaldTrump already has an ALL FEMALE Senior White House Press Team, tweeted McEnany. So does @VP… So does @FLOTUS … So does @SecondLady… The completely DISCREDITED @washingtonpost once again reveals their blinding propagandist Fake News proclivities.”

Still, the press pushed on. Maggie Haberman of the New York times attempted to get in on the action by highlighting that the deputy press secretary is male.
“Wonder how Judd Deere, who answers most calls to that office, and Morgenstern feel upon learning this,” tweeted Haberman in response to McEnany.

The funny part is, as my colleague Becca Lower pointed out, Deere had already answered that question an hour earlier before that tweet had ever been sent out.
“Since I arrived at the Trump White House a woman has always been my boss,” tweeted Deere. “First it was Hope Hicks, Mercedes Schlapp, and Sarah Sanders. Then it was Stephanie Grisham. And of course currently it’s Kayleigh McEnany and Alyssa Farah. I guess the media forgot?”

To be clear, the Democrat message is that the top team is all women, meaning Deere’s job would also belong to a woman, but honestly, what does that matter?
Since after Sean Spicer, women have been in charge of the White House press team yet Trump will get absolutely no credit for it from Democrats or the press. In fact, they will be continuously vilified and spat on by the same press that tells everyone that it’s first in shining spotlights on women.
Being a Republican woman doesn’t count for them.
