The world’s most well-known podcaster, Joe Rogan, has featured many different guests on his show from all different political bents but now, Rogan is offering to host two guests for what may be the most balanced and honest debate anyone’s ever seen.

President Donald Trump and his Democratic opponent Joe Biden are set to have debates but the state of the media’s reputation for being fair is garbage. An August Gallup poll found that 84 percent of Americans believe that the media is to blame for the division in American today thanks to wildly uncontained political bias.

Rogan, however, is a different breed. While open about his political beliefs and opinions (he openly supported Bernie Sanders) Rogan has demonstrated time and again that he can be trusted to be even-keeled and fair to his guests. He’s more interested in having a conversation than a fight and in that knowledge, he has garnered what might be the most diverse listenership in America.

So, when Rogan told MMA fighter and podcast host, Tim Kennedy, that he’d love to host a four-hour debate between Trump and Biden, many people were enthusiastic about the idea.

That includes Trump.

Kennedy tweeted out the offer to the two candidates, offering a four-hour debate with no audience, just the candidates, some cameras, and their ideas. Trump took to Twitter to openly accept the offer.

“I do!” he tweeted out.

As of this writing, Biden has not accepted the offer, and many speculate as to whether or not he actually will. In fact, there is more belief that the press will now move to begin attacking Rogan in order to run defense for Biden.

Judging by the trending list on Twitter, it’s the hope of many that Biden does accept, though, as discussed above, if many were putting their money on it, it’s not likely to happen. Biden will need all the help he can get and without the support of the mainstream media, it’s not likely he will get it.

Regardless, Rogan’s platform would be the most trustworthy if Rogan’s history is any indication. One thing is for sure, it would likely be one of the most-watched debates in America’s history.
