The Pennsylvania Planned Parenthood where Rep. Brian Sims harassed and attempted to doxx Christians praying in front of it is apparently a mess of failed safety inspections and failed sex abuse reports.

According to the Daily Caller, it obtained reports from state inspectors that showed it had repeatedly failed safety and cleanliness standards, and worse, failed to report sex abuse of children:

Inspectors failed the Philadelphia clinic in 13 of its last 23 inspections, including a revisit in 2018 because it had not corrected the deficiencies identified in a prior visit. Inspectors also identified a wide range of safety problems at the clinic since 2011, including failure to report sex abuse of children and improper storage of aborted babies, according to records from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

These “safety problems” included used syringes scattered across the floor from a spilled jar, improper storage of drugs, violation of fire safety standards, and “ice and frost build up in a freezer, where the remains of aborted babies were improperly stored in red biohazard bags,” according to the Daily Caller.

The Daily Caller reported that the Planned Parenthood had passed its last inspection, but could not find what punishments the Planned Parenthood had suffered as a result of its negligence, but could be made available via FOIA request.

The Daily Caller also reported that the sex abuse cases the Planned Parenthood had failed to report were numerous:

The most egregious failing at the clinic is its failure to follow Pennsylvania child abuse laws, which stipulate a child under the age of 13 is incapable of consenting to sex, and that sex with a child under the age of 16 is a crime if the offender is four or more years older than the child. Health care providers including this clinic are required under the law to report these crimes.

The clinic was found to have failed to report multiple instances in which unmarried girls under the age of 15 came to them pregnant. One of the girls, who was only 13, indicated on a form she first had sex when she was 11. The clinic did not report these instances of potential abuse and criminal violations to the state.

The Daily Caller also added that the clinic also failed seven of their last 14 building inspections.

Rep. Sims defended this Planned Parenthood, suggesting it might be one of the most protested locations in the nation during a video where he practically excused himself for his actions by painting the Planned Parenthood as a place where people get help.

However, the Daily Caller report has made it clear that this is a dangerous place to go.
