How often do we hear from the left that they don’t want to take our guns, they just want to pass a few “common sense gun laws” to make our nation safer, then watch as they turn around and attempt to take our guns? The left loves to make gun owners and Second Amendment advocates look like conspiracy theorists when it comes to our defense of 2A, and we would definitely be so if the left wasn’t constantly proving us right in our suspicions.

They are coming for our guns.

If you need further proof of this, then watch the speech 2020 Presidential hopeful, Kamala Harris recently gave on a CNN town hall.

“We have got to have smart gun safety laws in this country, and we ‘ve got buying this false choice. You can be in favor of the second amendment and also understand that there is no reason in this civil society that we have assault weapons around communities that can kill babies and police officers,” said Harris.

Harris goes on to talk about how we need background checks that tell us whether or not a person has committed a felony in the past, which we already have, then delivered some platitudes about “reasonable gun safety laws.”

You may point out that she never mentioned semi-automatics specifically. Perhaps she was talking about fully-automatic weapons.

But those are already illegal in the United States. Harris is speaking about semi-automatic weapons, which have been at the center of events such as the Vegas and Parkland shootings.

Even if she was speaking of just the rifles alone, logic would follow that a (God forbid) President Harris would then look at banning semi-automatic handguns, as the vast majority of gun crime is committed with guns in that group.

Rest assured, Harris and the Democrats want a gun ban. They want European rules. As I’ve said before in a fun little explanation video I made, these laws don’t work.

Gun issues have always been a losing issue for Democrats, and Harris just grounded her Presidential run before it was even able to get off the runway.
