Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib is drunk on her new congressional position and fresh attention being given to her by an enthusiastic left, but Press Secretary Sarah Sanders, as always, has a nice vat of cold water to help sober Tlaib up.

Tlaib was recently on camera calling Trump a “mother f**cker” and declaring that the new Congress will “impeach” Trump to uproarious applause.

Sanders appeared on Fox and Friends to comment on the matter and stated very frankly that Trump isn’t going anywhere, and that this profane reaction to Trump is a result of the left knowing that they can’t beat Trump when it comes to policy debates.

“You will not impeach this president when he had two of the most successful years any president had in modern history,” Sanders said. “The only reason they come after this president is because they know they can’t beat us, can’t beat him when it comes to policy debate. They have no solutions for America.”

“People are sick and tired of playing politics,” Sarah continued. “That is not what America is looking for. That is not the goodness of our country. I hope some of these new faces that campaigned on being different and being a change will actually come here to work with the president, work for solutions, work to help the American people, not to help their own political careers.”

Trump himself weighed in on impeachment talk earlier Friday morning as well.

“How do you impeach a president who has won perhaps the greatest election of all time, done nothing wrong (no Collusion with Russia, it was the Dems that Colluded), had the most successful first two years of any president, and is the most popular Republican in party history 93%?” Trump tweeted.
