Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese learned a valuable lesson about pandering to Islamists during a recent visit to a mosque in Sydney, with what was supposed to be a box-checking affair quickly getting out of hand.
Following Albanese's denunciations of the Iranian regime, the left-winger must have felt the need to make amends. To do so, he showed up at a mosque to sit on the floor in his socks and parrot Muslim prayers. The Islamists in the crowd weren't as eager to accept his olive branch, though.
Multiple videos showed the moment chaos erupted. At least one person tried to rush the prime minister, with the assumed intent to harm him. The situation deteriorated further from there, with the Islamists chanting "Allahu Akbar" at him and forcing Albanese and his cohorts to flee out a rear entrance before things got more violent.

Even as Albanese and Australian Minister of Home Affairs Tony Burke escaped down an adjacent street, fearing for their safety, the horde chased after them, continuing to shout denunciations. His security guards and police can be seen holding people back.

In the above video, you can hear one person claim Albaense has "killed our brothers and sisters." That's an odd charge, given Australia has steadfastly refused to get involved with any of the recent conflicts in the Middle East. Are the Islamists talking about the terrorists who were killed for perpetrating the Bondi Beach massacre in December? Inquiring minds and all that.

Do any of the Muslims in those videos look assimilated to you? What is their "diversity" adding to Australia except illiberal, anti-West sentiment? Keep in mind, Albanese is the leader of the Labour Party. He and his colleagues have bent every knee to the Islamists in their country, and it's still not enough. They still hate him. They still heckle him. They still try to harm him. There's a fundamental reality in that, though one the Australian left will never accept.
Countries like Australia continue to have a choice. They can have unfettered Islamic migration, or they can preserve the Western ideals that have built them into first-world societies. As much as the ruling elite may want them both, they can't have both. Islamism always leads to destruction and regression. There is no other outcome.
