While Joe Biden vacationed in Delaware for the umpteenth time, scenes of violence and harassment exploded on college campuses at the hands of pro-Hamas fanatics. Was the president ready to offer some tough words upon his return on Monday and provide the leadership America needs?
Of course, not. Instead, Biden flew to a national park in Virginia to plug Earth Day with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. While there, he sucked up to the radical congresswoman and took a shot at Israel.

Ocasio-Cortez is one of the most vapid, cynical members of Congress. She has repeatedly operated in bad faith, pushing for policies that would lead to the wholesale destruction of the country, from its economy to the enumerated rights in the Constitution. If Biden is "listening to that lady," then it explains a lot about how his presidency has been such an abject disaster.
The congresswoman is also a supporter of Hamas and has long pushed to punish Israel for daring to defend itself. At one point, Ocasio-Cortez broke down into tears after the House passed funding for the Iron Dome, a purely defensive system. Had she gotten her way, thousands of Israelis would have been slaughtered by rockets, drones, and missiles over just the last six months.
For Biden to pander to her by saying "We're gonna talk about another part of the world, too, real quickly" is disgusting. He's throwing a bone to an antisemite who would see Israel destroyed to appease terrorists. That's where we are, I guess, and the president will face zero consequences for his moral cowardice.
That Biden is also simply a liar was also a noteworthy part of his speech.

Almost every forest fire he's citing was caused by arson and/or idiotic land management practices in mostly left-wing states (90 percent of wildfires are started by humans). The idea that "climate change" is somehow causing trees to spontaneously combust is backed by no evidence. Yet, Biden and others continue to blame all wildfires on it because it fits their narrative.
Regardless, it wouldn't be a Biden speech without him making the topic of the day all about himself. A classic narcissist, the president must always assert he has suffered at the hands of which he speaks. He's the reverse Forrest Gump after all, supposedly being present for all things no matter how unbelievable his attendance may be.
Biden once again repeats his dubious oil slicks story: "Guess what? A lot of us — me included — ended up with, uh, bronchial c— uhh, asthma." pic.twitter.com/ecyHSfBOog

Hey, at least he's changed the story enough to stop claiming these floating oil slicks gave him cancer. That's progress for a guy who wouldn't know the truth if it punched him in the mouth.
Biden also couldn't read a teleprompter if it was on a giant screen in front of him, which it is.

We should all be comforted by the fact that these are the people currently leading the nation. A woman who thinks you shouldn't be able to use a gas stove and a man who still can't quite figure out how to walk off a stage. Truly, these are the adults in the room.
