During the 2020 presidential campaign, the press tried to draw a stark line between the Trump family and the Biden family. The former were treated like pariahs, proclaimed to be deeply dysfunctional and unworthy of respect. Meanwhile, the Bidens were held up as beacons of decency and virtue. They were the good ones, and exactly what the American people needed to aspire to.

Normalcy was going to return to the White House, the press told us. They were even going to have dogs and cats! Of course, even at the time, those paying attention knew what a lie the entire thing was. The Bidens have been steeped in ethical breaches and degenerate behavior for decades.

Because of that, I wasn’t the least bit surprised to find out that Hunter Biden and Jill Biden don’t have the best relationship. According to The New York Post, in the midst of more recovered data from the infamous laptop are some very colorful texts about the two.

In one particular text sent to his brother Beau’s widow, Hallie Biden, who he was scandalously dating at the time, Hunter went off on the now first lady.

“F–k my stepmother for always being as much of a selfish silly entitled c–t as you,” he wrote to Hallie as their brief relationship deteriorated.

He also admitted to calling his stepmom a “f–king moron, a vindictive moron” in a separate text exchange with his uncle, James Biden, just days later.

“And you do know the drunkest I’ve ever been is still smarter than you could ever even comprehend and you’re a shut [sic] grammar teacher that wouldn’t survive one class in a ivy graduate program,” Hunter said in the text.

“So go f–k yourself Jill let’s all agree I don’t like you anymore than you like me.”

In another text to his uncle, Hunter bemoaned that his own father allegedly hadn’t visited him during his prior rehab stints.

“Litteraly [sic] has never come to one never actually called me while in rehab,” Hunter wrote of his father. “So that’s a little insane.”

Contrary to the image the Bidens and the press try to project, it’s abundantly clear that the Bidens have real issues with their children. Observing how Jill Biden treats her husband, constantly pushing him and telling him what to do, offers a glimpse into how personalities might clash behind the scenes. Hunter Biden has serious mental issues (and their daughter has real problems she’s suffered with over the years as well). Couple that with familial patriarchs who are obsessively desperate for power, and you get an explosive situation where a family isn’t able to focus and work on the personal issues that plague them.

As to Hunter Biden’s specific attacks on Jill Biden, none of them are surprising. The guy is a true scumbag, and the fact that he’d use language like that to attack a woman, much less his stepmother, is more evidence of that. I don’t care how mad my mother makes me. I’m never going to speak to her like that, and given that the elder Bidens have given their son hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years (money that got spent on a Russian human trafficking ring at one point), Hunter Biden seems just a wee bit ungrateful, doesn’t he?

In short, there’s nothing normal or decent about the current first family. They are more corrupt, unethical, and dysfunctional than any president’s family before them. Contrary to the media’s attempts to cover for them, the Bidens offer nothing in the form of aspiration and decency. Rather, they are the epitome of DC rot, pretending to be something they aren’t.
