Dr. Oz Opponent Absolutely Eviscerates Him at Senate Primary Debate

When Donald Trump decided to endorse long-time liberal and TV talking head Dr. Mehmet Oz in the Republican Senate primary in Pennsylvania, I wasn’t shy about voicing my displeasure. Neither were a lot of other conservatives, including many who are very pro-Trump.

But while most of the responses I got to my original write-up agreed that endorsing Oz was a terrible pick, the concern seemed to be that the alternative was David McCormick, a wealthy, cookie-cutter establishment Republican in the mold of Kelly Loeffler.

Well, I’ve got good news, especially if you live in Pennsylvania and get to vote in the primary. There is another option out there that just may check all the right boxes so you don’t have to vote for a left-winger like Oz nor an establishment shill like McCormick. Her name is Kathy Barnette, and she stole the show at Wednesday night’s primary debate, eviscerating Oz while promoting a very conservative platform.

Here was an exchange on abortion that is going viral.

In just the last few months, Oz has done a complete turnaround on abortion, now claiming to be strongly pro-life after once staunchly defending Roe v. Wade. But unlike Trump, who gradually came to his current pro-life stance over the course of several years, there’s no reason to believe Oz is doing anything but being politically expedient here. Remember, this is the same guy who spouted pro-BLM rhetoric, and once lectured his audience for not accepting the “transitioning” of children.

Barnette’s story of being born after her mother was raped is a powerful one, and it shows the difference between those who truly believe in upholding the sanctity of life and those who just want to get elected so they can make friends with Chuck Schumer.

Yet, while I found that exchange very compelling, there was another one that I think will make a lot of conservatives very happy, especially those with populist leanings.

Barnette is really speaking my language here. If you aren’t aware of what the World Economic Forum is, it’s a globalist grift where ultra-wealthy people, business leaders, and far-left politicians get together to essentially plot their global domination. Some of the most insane things imaginable have been said at their various conferences, including the promotion of the idea that people will “own nothing.” The WEF also strongly supported COVID lockdowns as a way to supposedly better society.

In short, if you are against global governance and corporate tyranny, the WEF should be at the top of your disapproval list. Oz has long-standing ties to the organization, as does McCormick. It was exceptionally smart for Barnette to show up ready to hit them on those connections.

Again, why in the world did Trump endorse Oz in the first place? The former president’s entire thing is fighting globalism, and he endorses a guy who was part of the WEF? It’s mind-blowing.

But I digress, if you are wondering where Barnette currently stands in the race, the latest poll only has her down five points to Oz and less than that to McCormick. She’s not just some fringe candidate with no chance. Barnette has been surging lately, and there’s every reason to believe she can be competitive going into the primary election. In other words, there is no excuse for any conservative, including Trump supporters, to vote for Oz. There is another path, and it’d be foolish not to take it.
