Just a short while ago, we learned that Trump nemesis Michael Avenatti (otherwise known as Creepy Porn Lawyer) was indicted on federal charges by the SDNY and arrested by the FBI. My fellow RedState colleague T.LaDuke reported on the initial details. Yes, that’s the same SDNY that Democrats are currently building shrines to as their last hope to take down President Trump. Sometimes the Schadenfreude is just too much to handle.
If that’s not bad enough, things just got even worse for Avenatti as he’s being hit with charges in two other jurisdictions.
6. WOW! Avenatti is also being charged by the feds in the central district of California for embezzling client money and for bank fraud. He falsified tax returns in order to obtain millions in loans from a Mississippi bank.

First New York, now California. This is especially ironic given that Avenatti has repeatedly maligned the President by accusing him for tax fraud. Turns out those who scream the loudest are often the most guilty.
We aren’t done yet though. It’s also being reported that the local Los Angeles DA is going to charge him with embezzlement related to his business ventures.
“Los Angeles is expected to charge Michael Avenatti there with other crimes including he embezzled a client’s money to pay his expenses and debts as well as those of his coffee business and law firm. In addition, the U.S. Attorneys office for Los Angeles is expected to charge Michael Avenatti for defrauding a bank using phony tax returns to obtain millions of dollars and loans.”
I don’t know what to make of these last few days except that they’ve been incredibly damaging to the media and Democrat politicians everywhere. Well, that and that they’ve been unbelievably hilarious. Remember, these people embraced Avenatti, some even encouraging him to run for President. Just like they invested their entire being into the false collusion narrative, they put all of their credibly (or lack thereof) into propping up Avenatti in the hope he might take down Trump somehow.

CNN put Michael Avenatti on the air SEVENTY-FOUR TIMES over a two-month period to savage Donald Trump. Trump has been vindicated completely in the Russia collusion charade. Avenatti was just charged with extortion. CNN is having a very, very bad day.
