The Humiliations for the 'Maple Leaf Menace' Keep Coming, and Now She's Getting the Boot

She slapped a teenage girl and yelled at her on New Jersey's Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk over the Fourth of July weekend and the celebration of our 250th birthday. The girl’s crime? She was wearing a pro-Trump outfit.

The perp is 33-year-old Canadian Kaitlyn Tracey, and she and her husband appear in numerous social media posts as rabid, rage-filled leftists. She was also here illegally, and now the U.S. government is kicking what the Department of Homeland Security dubs the “Maple Leaf Menace” out.

An immigration judge in Texas ordered Kaitlyn Tracey deported to Canada on Tuesday, after she allegedly approached a group of teens on New Jersey's Point Pleasant boardwalk over Fourth of July weekend and struck one of the girls, the Department of Homeland Security said.

A spokesperson for DHS previously told Fox News Digital that Tracey entered the U.S. on an April 2024 visa and stayed past the Sept. 6, 2024 expiry date.

"She overstayed her visa and failed to depart," the spokesperson said.

She pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor simple assault charge, got her other charges dropped in a plea deal, received a one-day sentence with time served, and has now been ordered to get lost.

Even further humiliation for the extremist? Her husband set up a GoFundMe to offset legal costs, but it only raised $4,857 of its $10,000 goal before the site shut it down because it violated their policy preventing raising money for people accused of violent crimes.

It’s been a long and well-deserved process of finding out for our uninvited guest from the Great White North.

She’s a real charmer:

Even though she apparently hates America, our system gave her the full protections inherent in our legal system that she would not have been so lucky to receive if she had pulled these antics in many other countries.

"She received full due process and was ordered removed on Aug. 4 by an immigration judge to her home country of Canada. ICE will return her home as soon as possible," a spokesperson said on Wednesday.

Bye.

Her husband, an American citizen, played the pathetic victim and has been whining that his darling wife is being unfairly treated even though she assaulted a minor without provocation. You need to rethink your life choices, dude.

American husband is begging for help for his Canadian wife, who was arrested and detained by ICE after assaulting a teenager in New Jersey for wearing patriotic Trump and ICE apparel.

Kaitlyn Tracey allegedly recorded herself confronting a group of four girls on the NJ’s beach boardwalk when she became violent.

Matthew Geroni, who claims to be her husband and is a left-wing troll, says he doesn’t care what people think of him, but he wants to get his wife released. She has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment, and obstruction.

He even created a GoFundMe to help cover her legal expenses, but he was forced to take it down after MAGA supporters reported it.

Tracey, who entered the U.S. in 2024 using her passport, had been living in Asbury Park.

The entire incident was captured on surveillance video before Tracey left the scene. She was later identified and arrested.

Here’s a tip, Mr. Geroni: you can always follow her to Canada. You wouldn't be missed here.
