The New York Times would have you think it’s cute. They called it an example of the “state’s trademark in-your-face attitude” and a “Coarse but Clear Message.”
But the reality is it’s straight-up profanity, courtesy of New Jersey Democrats in their latest effort to debase public discourse and vilify U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement for trying to clean up the illegal alien mess that Biden left.
Grow up, Garden State Dems:
Named the Fight Unlawful Conduct and Keep Individuals and Communities Empowered act, the legislation, known by its blunt acronym, would expand residents’ rights under state law to sue immigration officials for unconstitutional conduct.
“There have to be real consequences if ICE breaks the law,” said Katie Brennan, an Assembly Democrat from Jersey City who is sponsoring the bill with Ravi Bhalla, a former Hoboken mayor. Like Ms. Brennan, he was elected to the Assembly last year.
Normally, at this point in an article, I might put a social media post depicting who I’m talking about or illustrating the issue I’m discussing. For this latest stunt by bitter leftists, however, I can’t use most of them because they’re profane.

This post, at least, is safe for work, and shows the mindset behind one of the bill’s sponsors, Assemblymember Ravi Bhalla (D-32):
Grateful to Hoboken Resist and Liz Cohen Ndoye and the many volunteers, residents and electeds who showed up to say we stand in solidarity with immigrant communities under assault right now, and are taking action at every level of government.

Special shout out to the students… pic.twitter.com/hmMlKwGPr6
The tweet continues:
Special shout out to the students @FollowStevens who joined as well. Hoboken is a city built by generations of immigrants and we're here to make sure we remain a welcoming city with equal rights for all!
Wait, shouldn’t the students be in school? No, we’ve seen now on multiple occasions that leftists value protest over education.
Can you guess what party Bhalla supports? You got it: he’s a democratic socialist, just like his presumed buddies NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY-14). The bill is in response to a clash between demonstrators and ICE agents that occurred earlier in February:
Tensions between local and state officials and DHS had soared this month after federal authorities reportedly detained nearly a dozen people on the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail in Jersey City. Jake Ephros, a Democratic Socialist councilman who went to the scene, was rebuffed by a federal agent who told him, "I don’t need a warrant, bro."
Assembs. Ravi Bhalla and Katie Brennan, two Democrats from neighboring Hoboken, crafted the F---ICE Act in response to the incident. Bhalla also announced several other bills seeking to restrict New Jersey’s cooperation with the federal government, according to the Hudson County View.
As the saying goes, when people tell you who they are, believe them. In this case, Democrats are showing once again that they are profanity-throwing extremists with no actual ideas to improve the country.
Editor’s Note: Democrats are fanning the flames and raising the rhetoric by comparing ICE to the Gestapo, fascists, and secret police.
