It was a wild day on Capitol Hill Wednesday as Attorney General Pam Bondi testified at a congressional hearing regarding the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. She brought some serious fireworks directed toward camera-loving Democrats who accused the administration of a cover-up and kept trying to tie Trump to Epstein’s dirty deeds.
Bondi was combative and forceful, repeatedly refusing to take the baiting questions at face value from Democrat lawmakers like Reps. Zoe Lofgren (CA-18), Jerry Nadler (NY-12), Ted Lieu (CA-36), and Jamie Raskin (MD-8). If you like fireworks, this was your day.

Trump called her performance fantastic despite the pressure from TDS-riddled lawmakers who didn’t seem to care much about the Epstein files when Biden was in office and Merrick Garland was running the Department of Justice:

The president continued, pointing out that maybe Democrats should be focusing more on improving the lives of Americans than whining constantly about his supposed ties to Epstein:
Nobody cared about Epstein when he was alive, they only cared about him when they thought he could create Political Harm to a very popular President who has brought our Country back from the brink of extinction, and very quickly, at that! In fact, this attempt by the Democrats to take away attention from tremendous Republican SUCCESS is backfiring badly.
Here’s what liberals really care about, he charged:

Trump also criticized Rep. Thomas Massie (KY-04), with whom he has clashed frequently and who has been vocal about his view that the DOJ botched the Epstein files rollout.
In his post, Trump separately targeted Massie, calling him a "Sanctimonious RINO" and a "loser," and said the Kentucky congressman's job approval numbers were "crashing."
Trump's slams followed Massie's criticism of Bondi's defense of how the Justice Department has handled the release of the files tied to Epstein.
Bondi has taken heat from both sides of the political aisle during her tenure, especially when it comes to the Epstein files, but despite numerous pundits theorizing that she’s going to be ousted, her job appears to be safe for now.
