'Totalitarian Insanity'—J.K. Rowling Unloads on British School That Suspended Toddler for Wrongthink

“Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling blasted England’s education system for suspending students as young as four for “abuse against sexual orientation and gender identity”—in other words, failing to toe the extremist line when it comes to progressive gender orthodoxy.

She called those who want to punish little kids over gender and sexual issues “zealots”:

She was responding to a report in the Daily Mail that revealed that a staggering number of children had been given the boot from school over similar “crimes.”

A toddler has been kicked out of nursery after being accused of transphobia, new figures reveal.

The child, aged either three or four, was suspended for 'abuse against sexual orientation and gender identity', data from the Department for Education shows.

The offences took place in the 2022-23 academic year at a state school, according to The Telegraph.

Statistics indicate 94 pupils at similar primary institutions were suspended or permanently excluded for transphobia or homophobia in the same year.

This included ten pupils from Year 1 and three from Year 2, where the maximum age was seven, and one child was of nursery age.

In America, we are privileged to now have a president who is pushing back on some of this nonsense—one of his first acts was to issue an executive order promising to yank federal funding from schools that allow men to play in women’s sports—but in Britain, they seem to have gone bloody balmy.

Helen Joyce, director of advocacy at Sex Matters, was dumbfounded:

"Every once in a while, the extremes of gender ideology throw up a story that seems too crazy to believe, and a toddler being suspended from nursery for so-called "transphobia" or homophobia is one such example.

"Teachers and school leaders involved in this insanity should be ashamed of themselves for projecting adult concepts and beliefs on to such young children."

Even the Church of England has bought into the craze:

Sally and Nigel Rowe, whose sons attended a Church of England school, said they received a letter from the headteacher and chair of governors which declared pupils could be designated the term if they showed 'an inability to believe a transgender person is actually a ''real'' female or male.'

They claimed the letter also added that refusing to use a transgender pupil's adopted name or gender appropriate pronouns would be considered 'transphobic behaviour'.

Rowling has long been an outspoken advocate against gender theory indoctrination and has taken plenty of heat for it:

J.K. Rowling Says She Can't Forgive Harry Potter Stars for Their Betrayal Over Transgender Issues

Kicking children out of school for failing to acknowledge things they aren’t equipped to understand is the height of extremism and one reason why the transgender movement is rapidly losing steam. It’s one thing to fight against discrimination, and it’s another to attempt to force people into believing something they simply don’t. In my view, the movement overplayed its hand when they decided that everyone had to acknowledge that a bearded man in a dress was, in fact, a woman, and that men can have babies, and that we need tampons in boys’ bathrooms.

Rowling has been a brave voice, and once again, she’s dead on target with her latest post.
