Mic Drop: Trump Hands Macho Man Tim Walz His Hat in Devastating Takedown

For reasons known only to himself, Minnesota Governor and former Kamala Harris running mate Tim Walz has been scurrying around the country grandstanding and trying to convince everyone about his masculinity. Note to Mr. Walz: masculine men have no need to convince you; they know that you already know.

Similarly, any woman who goes out of her way to constantly tell you she’s beautiful probably ain’t.

President Donald Trump certainly isn’t impressed with Walz or the losing Kamala presidential campaign, and he weighed in Friday as only he can: with a devastatingly true but nevertheless funny takedown of the portly jazz-hands governor.

Trump’s comments came in response to statements Walz provided in a podcast with California Gov. Gavin Newsom that aired on Tuesday, in which Walz predicted he could kick the "a--" of most Trump supporters.

"Well, he's a loser. Yeah. No, I think so. He lost an election," Trump said Friday in the Oval Office of the White House. "He played a part. You know, usually a vice president doesn't play a part. They say. I think Tim played a part. I think he was so bad that he hurt her. But she hurt herself. And Joe hurt them both. They didn't have a great group, but I would probably put him at the bottom of the group."

Oof.

Here’s Tim the Manly Man throwing down the gauntlet:

As RedState’s Bonchie reported, the guv thinks he’s so full of testosterone that he could take on all MAGA comers:

WALZ: I think I could kick most of their (MAGA) a**, I do think that. I know I can throw them, but I don't know if we're going to fall into that place where we want to, okay, we challenge you to a, you know, a WWE type of thing here.

Walz made his bizarre comments on California Governor Gavin Newsom’s podcast—the one Newsom has been busy producing instead of actually running the Golden State, and the one where he claims he’s against progressive things like women in sports despite his decades-long record of vociferously supporting those exact things. Walz went on to tell Newsom, “I scare them (Republicans) a little bit," which made Newsom laugh.

Can you think of two more insincere governors than these two failures trying to gaslight their audience?

The word that comes to mind when I think of Walz is: “buffoon.” Donald Trump may be brutal in some of his language—but can you argue with his assessment of the guy?

Each and every day at RedState we rejoice in the fact that the Harris-Walz team was so soundly defeated and are currently nowhere near the White House.
