My colleagues noticed that within minutes, possibly seconds of Trump taking the oath of office Monday, the White House website abruptly got rid of the Biden-Harris regime design and installed their own bold theme. When you first arrive at the home page, you are greeted with a spirited, must-watch video emphasizing that it's a new day in America:
Watch:

Jets flying, eagles soaring, helicopters whirring, our proud military showcased—what's not to like?
The home page also has a picture of the new president with the words:
“Every single day I will be fighting for you with every breath in my body. I will not rest until we have delivered the strong, safe and prosperous America that our children deserve and that you deserve. This will truly be the golden age of America.”
It would appear that the new team is not wasting any time in the digital world; if you type in “@potus” on X, “President Donald J. Trump” comes up, whereas only hours ago, the same prompt would bring up Joe Biden. Similarly, I am signed up for the White House official emails, and at 12:23 p.m. EST, I received my first communication from the new occupants of the People’s House. The message laid out Trump’s priorities (a similar list can be found on the new website here):
- MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN
- MAKE AMERICA AFFORDABLE AND ENERGY DOMINANT AGAIN
- DRAIN THE SWAMP
- BRING BACK AMERICAN VALUES
Under each heading, there is a longer description of the administration’s goals and how they intend to achieve them.
Interestingly, the emails I received from the Biden team were from the “White House Press Office,” but the new administration’s emails are now coming from “The Office of Communications.” I’m not sure there’s any deep significance to that other than it illustrates that they’re going to change every single thing they can to get rid of the fetid smell of Biden failure.
There are also very interesting pages about the history of the White House, Air Force One, and Camp David.
It’s been a busy day in Washington, D.C.:
Trump Affirms God Saved Him in Butler to Put Him in Office
Country Superstar Overcomes Technical Malfunction at Inauguration, Smashes It Out of the Park
The site has several sections, with the main ones being: “Executive Actions,” “News,” and “The Administration.” I have a feeling the "Executive Actions" section is going to be particularly busy. Already, it has five listings, the most recent being “Flying The Flag Of The United States At Full-Staff On Inauguration Day.”

The design of this site is modern and bold without being garish or overly busy. Of course, if you’re not a fan of 47, you’re going to hate it because, as I mentioned, you open the page and are greeted with a big picture of the new president.

Expect lots of liberal tears, but I say, Oh, what a beautiful morning, oh, what a beautiful day.
