But while the Democrats seem to be paying a lot of attention to their new best friends, they appear to be neglecting, almost ignoring, their old tried and true best friends, the black community. For at least the last 50 years or so, Democrats have always assured blacks that, if they voted Democrat, they would have the black community’s back. And they did, and overwhelmingly still do. But while blacks vote Democrat because of fiscally liberal ideas, many are quite socially conservative because of the influence of black churches, and are not supportive of things like abortion and gay marriage. But something began to happen around the time that Barack Obama was elected President, with 96 percent of the black vote. Democrats began to pay more attention to the LGBT community.

It was during the Obama administration, in 2015, that gay marriage was declared legal nationwide, a huge victory for the LGBT community. Even by the beginning of Obama’s second term, it was becoming clear that he had not done a whole lot for the black community, but seemed to be a champion for LGBTQ causes. Fast forward to 2023, Barack Obama’s VP is now President, and there is no greater focus than on the LGBTQ community.

Are Democrats abandoning black voters, and if so, why? Black Americans are the most loyal voting bloc for Democrats. But do Democrats feel that those votes are locked in — that they really don’t have to do anything to keep those votes? Democrats have been promising the black community things for generations without following through. Perhaps the intention was never to follow through and therefore keep the issues alive to continue garnering those votes. Is the Democrat Party so convinced they have these votes that not only do they not have to work to keep them, but are comfortable spitting in the face of black voters who might not be all-in on the LGBTQ and trans agenda to which the Democrats are devoting all of their time? It does seem like Democrats believe they have secured the black vote in perpetuity and can now take it for granted and move on to the next group.

The democrats used and insulted the Blacks to push "No Voter ID", in the last elections.

When all along the move was to cover for Illegals that can not get an ID.

The democrats are good at playing the long game at the expense of Blacks.

The most intriguing question might be: For whom will Democrats inevitably toss the LGBTQ community by the wayside? One possibility might be Hispanics. Many Americans believe that the opening of the southern border to massive numbers of illegal immigrants is a way to create perpetual voters for the Democrat Party. And those potential voters are getting a lot of perks, like free healthcare and education.

The Democrat Party has pandered to black Americans for what seems like forever, and those same black Americans don’t have a lot to show for it. At some point, the LGBTQ community might do well to keep one eye out for the next group of invites to any Democrat Party gatherings.

Democrats sabotage all equality movements. They take over a movement, encourage radicals to run them and then that movement looses all credibility. They did it with Blacks, Women and now GLBTQ. It is purely Machiavellian, and it always works.
