We have known for a while that our cousins across the pond in the U.K. are practically on the brink of total societal collapse, especially when it comes to out of control illegal immigration. In recent weeks, they swapped one Labour prime minister for another, so nothing has improved in that regard.
As you may have seen earlier, the government thought it hit on a genius solution to the staggering rise in criminal activity, including rapes, that has happened as hundreds of thousands of foreigners have swamped them.
RedState's Jennifer Oliver O'Connell wrote that they have started handing out "Understanding Behaviours and Expectations in the UK: A Guide for Asylum Seekers," a nine-page pamphlet advising illegal immigrants that they shouldn't expect to be able to treat women the way they did in their home countries - because it's against the law:
Much of the guide focuses on the concept of gender equality and treatment of the opposite sex. That would be women...
Here's another concept that should not be novel. Consent is required when interacting with women sexually.
And remarkably, the consequences of raping someone have to be spelled out:
If you have sex with someone without their consent, this is called rape. Rape is a serious crime in the UK. You could go to prison, lose your support and accommodation, and it will affect your asylum claim.

As O'Connell wrote, much of the guide is about "public behavior and how to treat women." But it appears the illegal immigrants have a problem interacting with many kinds of people. You can't harass others, the U.K. Home Office tells them:

But it gets even worse. Something that's getting less attention is a poster being handed out to the asylum seekers.
It lets them know that abusing children is illegal, a term that covers more than people might realize: [emphasis added]

You must never:
- physically hurt a child
- shout at or threaten a child
- have sex or sexual contact with a child under 16
- leave a child alone without an adult
- deny a child food, clothes, shelter or care
- cut or harm a girl's genitals (known as female genital mutilation)
It goes on to warn the illegal that these actions could lead to arrest and imprisonment. It could also affect his/her asylum claim.
