In a new report Saturday, beloved actor and comedian Bill Murray is dealing with allegations that have halted the filming of his latest project, according to Fox News Digital.

The details came via an interview with CNBC, while Murray was attending the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting over the weekend:

Bill Murray addressed a complaint of “inappropriate behavior” that led Searchlight Pictures to pause its production of “Being Mortal.”

The studio made the decision to pause production on the film on Monday after the complaint was made against Murray, who is 71.

The actor described the situation as a “difference of opinion” with a female movie associate (who hasn’t been identified) on the set of “Being Mortal.” Murray explained that he “did something [he] thought was funny and it wasn’t taken that way” by the associate.

“As of now we are talking and we are trying to make peace with each other,” Murray said. “We are both professionals, we like each others’ work, we like each other I think and if we can’t really get along and trust each other there’s no point in going further working together or making the movie as well. It’s been quite an education for me.”

Take a listen to what else he had to say about how times have changed since he was “a little kid,” as far as what’s humorous — and his conclusion, because this is how most of these misunderstandings between men and women should be handled.
