I’ve always loved highlight reels.
And on Thursday, The Daily Caller published a brand new Greatest Hits.
For CNN’s Don Lemon.
The video was surely nudged by the incident just days ago in which Don, CNN contributor Wajahat Ali, and former GOP strategist Rick Wilson had a real knee-slapping good time over how toothlessly dumb (southern?) Trump voters are.
As it turns out, the idiots who support the President:
- Can’t read words
- Can’t read maps
- Can’t do math
- Don’t drink lattes
- Aren’t part of society’s upper crust (like Trump?)
And those morons are ready & set to “other” anyone who can do or be the above.
See it all here.
Assuming for a moment the guys were reaming half the country, I guess those 164,617,018.5 million people didn’t appreciate the assertions, from which, possibly, the pressure prompted an apology by squeezed Lemon.
And by “apology,” I mean he said he was laughing at the joke, not the…well, I don’t know what it wasn’t. But it was the joke, so you know. Not…what the joke was about?
Anyway, in addressing the incident, Don made one thing absolutely clear:
“Anyone — ask anyone who knows me, they’ll tell you: I don’t believe in belittling people. Belittling anyone…”
CNN's Don Lemon responds to outrage over his segment where he and others mocked Trump supporters as rednecks
Lemon: “I didn’t catch everything that was said. … I was laughing at the joke and not at any group of people”

See if that rings true in the montage.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you non-belittling, machine-gun-owning Don Lemon:
And if that highlight reel didn’t do it for ya, I’ve got you covered.
Let us all marvel at a true elite: a guy who, by the way, comes from one of those places where — as per CNN — people can’t read, spell, or do math.
Here’s some math: a 4.1 40…
