BREAKING: President Trump Warns Russia That Missile Attack on Syria 'Will Be Coming'

Thick smoke from an airstrike by the US-led coalition rises in Kobani, Syria while fighting continued between Syrian Kurds and the militants of Islamic State group, as seen from Mursitpinar on the outskirts of Suruc, at the Turkey-Syria border, Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014. President Trump sent a tweet on Wednesday morning addressing Russia directly and vowing to launch a missile attack on Syria.

Calling Assad a “Gas Killing Animal”, the President assured Russia that, despite Russian interference, a missile attack will be coming.

It was one of several tweets the President sent early on Wednesday, and one of two (at the time of this posting) related to Russia and Syria.

Russia said they would shoot down any US missiles fired at the regime of Bashar al-Assad.

In the second tweet, the President stated that relations with Russia are now worse than they were during the Cold War and seemed to be softening the ire in his earlier tweet.

His other tweets were related to fake news and “The Failing New York Times”.
