“What are we having for dinner?”

In a weird moment at today’s hearing, Congressman Lacy Clay, without segue or even rhyme or reason, went from discussing Hillary’s email to asking about white supremacist groups, genocide, and Donald Trump’s Twitter. I really can’t explain how it related to the hearing at all. It was just straight out of left field.

This is long, but you really have to see it to get how totally unrelated to anything this was.

I mean, I know a lot of times people sarcastically say “What??” to indicate some point, but, you guys, I’m really asking. What?

I just … I got nothing. How weird was that? I guess Democrats just really want this to be about Donald Trump. Really.
