U.S. Marines early Thursday boarded and took control of a German-owned commercial vessel that had been attacked and captured by pirates, in what appeared to be the first American-led military boarding of its kind amid the recent surge in piracy along the east coast of Africa.

It reportedly took the Marines an hour to subdue the pirates and retake the ship, the M/V Magellan Star, which had been attacked early Sept. 8. The nine captured pirates remain on the Magellan Star awaiting transfer. No shots were reported fired as Marines overtook the pirates, and no injuries or casualties were reported.

Activists Taking Action: Unified Patriots

“…we should not hold middle class tax cuts hostage any longer…. ”

So, why is he holding them hostage until the Republicans give up tax cuts for EVERYBODY?

And why does “fair and balanced” Fox News agree with his characterization of extending all the Bush tax rates as “giving $700 billion in tax cuts ‘to folks who are already millionaires’”?

If keeping rates low is a good idea at all, why shouldn’t we just do it permanently?

We have recent judicial activist rulings against the Arizona immigration law and for a constitution right to gay marriage. Just today we got hit with a double whammy of judicial activism. First a judge in PA used the flawed Obama reasoning against AZ to strike down a local ordinance against illegal immigration. And now they finally found a worthless piece of garbage for a judge to strike down the don’t ask don’t tell policy in the military.

The judiciary is getting out of hand. Something needs to be implemented to not just clear out these outrageous rulings, but to pull these judges. They have gone too far. They need to be out of any job that even comes close to the judiciary. There needs to be a mechanism to reign them in and scare the dickens out of like minded activists judges before they would even think about similar out of bound rulings.
