Two Mexican nationals, who appear to be not only serial illegal immigrants with a total of nine deportations between them, but also one-man crime waves, are finally getting their comeuppance. Jesus Guadalupe-Rosales and Daniel Augusto Lopez-Conchas, arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada, are now facing federal charges of illegal re-entry.
Two Mexican nationals — one who has been deported six times and another who has been deported three times — could be headed for federal prison.
Jesus Guadalupe-Rosales and Daniel Augusto Lopez-Conchas appeared in court Thursday to face charges of illegally reentering the U.S. after previously being deported, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada.
These guys are serious serial offenders:
Guadalupe-Rosales has been deported six times since 2012, most recently in 2020. He was arrested by Henderson police on July 17, 2025, and charged with four counts of possession to sell a controlled substance, trafficking a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, and operating a place for sale/gift/use of a controlled substance. On April 8, after serving a 12- to 30-month sentence, he was turned over to Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE).
And:
Lopez-Conchas has been deported three times. He was arrested by Metro police on March 29, 2024, on charges of selling/transporting a controlled substance, two counts of trafficking controlled substances, and conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. On April 3, 2026, he was turned over to ICE in Las Vegas after serving a 24-to-72-month sentence for trafficking a controlled substance.
All this is good news, of course. No matter what the proponents of sanctuary jurisdictions and Democrats (but I repeat myself) think, there's simply no place for people like this in the United States. These are bad people, and maybe a long stint in federal prison followed by a trip back to Mexico will convince them to stay where they belong; although, with two goblins like this, it's questionable whether or not they are capable of absorbing that lesson.
But at least, if convicted, they will be off American streets for a while, and off Mexican streets, for that matter. That's a good thing.
This arrest points out one thing very plainly: For every illegal immigrant mom and kids crossing into the United States touted by the left as "looking for a better life," insisting we should welcome them even though they snuck in illegally, there are also illegal immigrants like these two. These two came into the United States illegally, not once but several times, and they did so planning to engage in criminal activity. That's why ICE is in the streets. That's why deportation efforts are underway. That's why our border is now closed.
And, yes, we should deport them all. Everyone who crossed the border illegally during the four years of the Biden administration's non-enforcement of immigration law goes back, regardless of their intent in coming here or their history since they snuck in.

You can read the press release issued by the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Nevada here. The press release states in part:
If convicted, Guadalupe-Rosales faces a maximum statutory penalty of 10 years in prison, a three-year term of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
If convicted, Lopez-Conchas faces a maximum statutory penalty of two years in prison, a one-year term of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
These arrests are part of the Justice Department's ongoing Take Back America initiative.
And no, we're still not tired of winning.
