Earlier this week, a student at Texas A&M was tossed out of a classroom for objecting to the instructor launching into a "transgender lesson." The student cited President Trump's executive order against such teachings in publicly funded institutions, and her own religious objections.

The post reads in full:
I'm referring @TAMU to the Trump Administration for investigation... and asking Gov @GregAbbott_TX to fire the A&M officials involved and to instruct his Regents at all public universities to immediately end all DEI and LGBTQ indoctrination. Hidden camera video and audio, letters to the Trump Administration and Governor Abbott, as well as some of the course materials my office has obtained, are in (thread) below.
In reply, the Texas A&M Board of Regents has ordered an audit of all classwork for transgender-related material - and has relieved the dean and department head in charge of the aforementioned class.
The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents released a statement Wednesday calling for an audit of all of its courses after a student was allegedly removed from a class for questioning transgender-related course content.
"The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents will not tolerate actions that damage the reputation of our institutions," the school system said. "The Board has called for immediate and decisive steps to ensure that what happened this week will not be repeated. To that end, the Regents have asked the Chancellor to audit every course and ensure full compliance with all applicable laws."
That is, to any reasonable person, the right action to take here.

It's not the only action that has been taken.
Fox News Digital previously reached out to Texas A&M University for comment and was referred to a statement from university President Mark A. Welsh III, who addressed the controversy in a post Monday on Texas A&M’s X account.
"I learned this afternoon that key leaders in the College of Arts and Sciences approved plans to continue teaching course content that was not consistent with the course’s published description," Welsh said. "As a result, I directed the provost to remove the dean and department head from their administrative positions, effective immediately."
They will, of course, no doubt find employment in some blue state, in some more liberal institution (comparatively speaking) that will not only allow but applaud their transgender evangelism.
There are, of course, still legal challenges to President Trump's executive order, and any such measure is only a temporary one in any case. Sooner or later, it will be up to the states to arrest this lunacy. More to the point, it should be up to parents and, in the case of the university systems, the students to object to this hijacking of their educations. The only purpose of any system of education is, as I have said and written many, many times, to produce young adults with marketable skills. This gender ideology horse squeeze does nothing to that end. It's the advocacy of a social contagion, and nothing more.
If we make universities and colleges co-signers for student loans, a lot of this would dry up overnight.
