Another One Bites the Dust: Hamas Commander Taken Out by Israel Defense Forces

It has to be getting downright difficult for Hamas bigwigs to find a decent life insurance policy these days, what with the Israel Defense Forces drawing the net tighter with each passing day. On Tuesday, the IDF announced that another Hamas commander had been eliminated. The goblin in question, one Muhammad al-‘Ajlah, was commanding a combat support battalion in Hamas's Shejaiya battalion when the IDF changed his pronouns to "was" and "were."

The X post continues:

He was responsible for arming the battalion's terrorists with weapons used to carry out terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF troops.

Al-‘Ajlah was the fifth commander of Hamas' Shejaiya battalion to be eliminated since the beginning of the war, and the third since the start of the renewed operations in Gaza.

Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harming civilians, including issuing advanced warnings to civilians, precise munitions, and aerial surveillance.

It's unclear what nature the strike was that took out Muhammad al-'Ajlah, but we can presume, given the IDF's inclinations in these matters, that it rendered this Hamas goblin into flying spare parts. That's the end we can hope for when it comes to Hamas terrorists.

Some may say it seems hard to celebrate the death of someone like this. I don't think it is; these are Hamas fighters who did all that was done on October 7th, 2023 - and this guy was one of their leaders, who may well have directed some of the atrocities that took place on that infamous day. There are some acts that are so heinous, so cruel, so against everything that every civilized society stands for, as to merit this kind of response, and the Oct 7th attacks were a parade of such acts. I won't describe those acts here; we have all had them burned into our brains.

Un-aliving these goblins is the right and proper reaction. And the ends they meet are far less vicious than what they meted out; being hit by an Israeli missile or bomb may be messy, but it is quick.

In the past month, in addition to al-'Ajlah, two other senior Hamas commanders have had their birth certificates permanently revoked: Haitham Sheikh Khalil, the Commander of Hamas's Shejaiya battalion (April 9th), and Jamil Al-Wadiya, a previous commander of the Shejaiya battalion (March 18th). That's in addition to one Imad Qreiqa, who commanded that battalion for a week before being un-alived by the IDF, and Wissam Farhat, yet another Shejaiya battalion commander who is now... not.

Being the commander of the Shejaiya battalion seems unlikely to include any long-term benefits.

Hamas, no doubt, will weigh in and celebrate Muhammad al-‘Ajlah as a martyr. Fine. Do you know what the thing is about martyrs?

They're dead.

This seems appropriate.
