We're still not tired of winning. During the campaign, President Trump's calls to crack down on illegal alien criminals were met by the left with shouts of "racism!" Now that the Trump administration is back in charge, these criminals the left would have us believe aren't there are being rounded up and either jailed or deported.

On Friday, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the arrest of three MS-13 gang members who stand accused of a brutal 2014 murder in which the victim was stabbed over a hundred times before being shot.

AG Bondi said in part:

And today, we're here to announce the arrest of three more MS-13 gang members who were in this country illegally, and they were in Florida, and we will be reviewing them. They've all been arrested for first-degree murder. We will be reviewing them to see if we will seek the death penalty. This has been a long-running investigation that started in 2015. The victim in this case was brutally, brutally murdered, stabbed approximately 100 times by multiple gang members before he was shot in the head. He suffered tremendously. And these indictments are a warning to all criminals. We don't care how long ago you committed the crime. We don't care where you go. We will find you. We will arrest you. And we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

AG Bondi went on to describe the three goblins:

Gamez Maravilla was located in Lake County, Florida. Get ready for this - he was hanging drywall at the Villages when he was arrested. Bermudez Martinez was apprehended in Minnesota. Great police work by all of our federal, state and local law enforcement agencies working together. Found this guy in Minnesota, he thought he got away with this crime and he did not. Navarro Martinez was arrested right here in North Lauderdale. They are charged with brutal, brutal, a brutal murder of a young man.

This is how law enforcement is supposed to work.

This is also how, in particular, federal law enforcement should work. If we are to have a federal justice department, its purpose should be just this kind of thing; coordinating investigations across several states and aiding the state and local law enforcement in picking up the suspects.

The Department of Justice under President Biden had a well-earned bad reputation among American conservatives and libertarians. The Biden DoJ was openly partisan and seemed to exist more to enforce an agenda than to actually coordinate investigations and apprehend criminals. Under Attorney General Bondi, that is changing. While this investigation has been going on across three presidential administrations, it was brought to a close now, and that's a feather in Pam Bondi's cap - but mostly it's a win for all of the state and local cops who have been working this case for the last 10 years.

Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.
